The Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT) protects the legal and financial interests of children and youth in a variety of ways. When the PGT is trustee, we invest and manage the trust on the child or youth’s behalf.

| Capital commission | 3.75% of total assets |
| Income commission | 3.75% of all income received and all income earned on it |
| Asset management fee | 0.7% per year, calculated monthly on the gross value of all assets |

All fees charged by the PGT are set by the B.C. government in the Public Guardian and Trustee Fees Regulation. Please note that 5% GST is payable on all PGT fees.
