Court applications - section 28 Patients Property Act | Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia

If an application is made by a court appointed committee for the proper management of an incapable adult's estate the PGT will review and respond to this application under Section 28 of the Patient's Property Act. For example court approval of a real property sale or management of settlement proceeds.
