Litigation representative | Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia

If an estate is involved in a court action where there are no known estate assets, no administrator or executor has been appointed, and there is no family member/heir who is willing to represent the estate, then the Public Guardian and Trustee may receive a request to act as Litigation Representative for the purposes of receiving court documents on behalf of the estate and defending the action. The PGT should only be served if the death occurred prior to March 31, 2014.
