A default judgment may be ordered when one party has failed to file and serve a response to a claim within the time allowed by the Rules of Court.

A party may not take a step in default against a person under disability without a court order (Rule 20-2(14) of the Supreme Court Civil Rules), and service on the PGT is required of any court application to take a step in default against a minor.

Each file must be under 25 MB, and the form has a 150 MB limit for all attachments.
