Make a referral without an account
You can make referrals to the PGT without an account, but you won't be able to save drafts. Make sure you have all the information you need before you begin.
Make a report if an adult is having difficulties making decisions about their affairs and nobody else can help.
Start formWhen a person dies, the named executor, beneficiaries or heirs have the primary right to administer the estate. A referral can be made to the PGT when there is no one willing or able to administer the estate.

Learn moreYou do not need an account to send the PGT a referral. If you create an account, you’ll be able to save draft referrals and finish them later. If you do not create an account, you will not be able to save your work, so make sure you have all the information you need before you begin.
It is a digital ID that protects your identity and makes sure no one else can access services as you. You need a BC Services Card Account to create an account with the PGT for saving draft referrals. You do not need to be a resident of B.C. to get the account, you just need to live in Canada and have 2 pieces of Canadian government-issued ID. Setup
To create an account, you need a BC Services Card Account and a valid email address. It takes less than a minute to set up.
A draft referral is available for up to 14 days before it is deleted.
